Our listed server location is Houston, TX. Choose an available location during setup. We check space for your plan again before payment.
Can I install Minecraft modpacks?
Supported Minecraft server types include a one-click modpack installer. Choose a compatible pack and check its memory requirements. Some packs need manual file uploads.
Can I switch games or change my plan?
Game switching, where enabled, requires a plan that meets the new game’s minimum resources. When plan changes are enabled, available options appear in billing. Back up your files before changing games. Contact support if the option you need is unavailable.
How does setup work?
Setup starts automatically after payment. Allow time for the game files to install and follow progress on your order page. Copy the server address once the order shows it is ready.
